On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (1969)
Telly Savalas as Ernst Stavro Blofeld
In this one, George Lazenby plays James Bond.

For Your Eyes Only (1981)
John Hollis (voice) as Ernst Stavro Blofeld
In this one, Roger Moore plays James Bond. Actually, he wreaks vengeance on Blofield for what happened to his wife. This is Blofeld’s final appearance, as he apparently dies from the fall. Basically, it qualifies as a character cameo and the last time we have a connection to SPECTRE.

SPECTRE is used in Never Say Never Again, which does star Connery as Bond but was made by another studio.

From Wikipedia:
Despite speculation that SPECTRE would return for the Daniel Craig era of Bond films, it has been unveiled that 007 will instead tackle an underground terrorist organization similar to SPECTRE known as QUANTUM. They first appeared unnamed in 2006′s Casino Royale and reappear in 2008′s Quantum of Solace.
