you probably won’t be able to find them very easily. this is due to the fact that no toys were made for x3 because marvel and toy biz stopped working together and it took awhile for marvel to find a new company to make their toys. they now have hasbro making the toys for them and they have made some toys from x3 but i havn’t seen any of rogue or iceman. you can try to check online stores for the ones they made from x1 and x2.

try purchasing these products on line. they’re bound to have these figurines available somewhere in the world. you can have them imported. my friend was looking for a rare figurine of REY MYSTERIO. He was able to locate one that was available in a different country, and have it imported over. importing toys, crazy, i know, but if you really want it that bad, yeah.
